I really enjoy the song. It's very creative and interesting. I love that it is in African. I found a fact that it's a children song and and dance for Ghana West Africa.

  3. Dear Class,
I love watching the video of all of you singing and dancing to Chay Chay Koo - lay, especially in your pajamas!
You are all such energetic and enthusiastic singers and dancers!
    Keep up the great work!

@Roxana - You did a great job of researching and finding a fact about the song. Isn't it interesting that this song and the adinkra cloth from the story "The Talking Cloth" are from the same country?

@Mrs. Solhjou - Thanks for participating in our blog. I'm so glad you enjoyed the video, and I completely agree about Mr. B!

    Sincerely,
    Mrs. Ranney

  4. Dear Mrs. Ranney,

I adored Friday, because it was pajama day, and we
recorded the song "Chay Chay Koo- lay". When I sang the song, it was fun to sing it in African and English!
Everyone was upset that you got in a car accident.

Two weeks go, when all my friends heard that we are doing a dance video to Chay Chay Koo-Lay, I was so excited about that. I love singing and dancing with Mrs. Yollis's class and Mr. B. !!!!!!!!!

    Best Wishes,

    Marisa!

  6. Dear Mrs.Ranney,
I really enjoyed singing the song "Chay Chay Koo-Lay". It was very funny singing the song because we were in our pajamas!!! We would not be singing the "Chay Chay Koo-Lay" song if Mr. B. was not our music teacher. When I was watching the video, I had forgotten that we were all in our pajamas. The "Chay Chay Koo-Lay" song was very interesting.
    Regards,
    Andrew S. :D
