  2. Dear Mrs.Ranney,

My favorite 3-D shape is a sphere because it can be alot of things like a ball, a gum ball, a globe, a balloon... The sphere also has 0 verticies, 0 edges, and 0 faces. My favorite sphere is a NBA basket ball getting dunked by Pierce on the Celtics. I enjoyed to write our shape paragraphs, making our shapes and making our captions.

    Sincerely,
    Liam :>

  3. Dear Mrs. Ranney,
I had a great time learning about three-dimensional shapes. My favorite shape is a sphere because it can be used for many things. For example, a sphere can be used for playing basketball, playing with a balloon, playing tennis, or even baseball. I also enjoyed making our captions and producing our own shape video.

    Sincerely,
    Andrew S. :}

  4. Dear Mrs.Ranney,

My favorite 3-D shape is the rectangular prism. It is my favorite shape because it reminds me of my home, the place where my loving family lives. I love being home with my family where we play, and watch exciting basketball games and eat deliciously prepared meals.

That is why the rectangular prism is my favorite 3-D shape.

    Sincerely,
    Russell
    (Carson's dad)

  5. Dear Class,

I so enjoyed looking at this blog. Everyone had great ideas of their favorites shapes! Lots of you loved basketballs as a sphere and pyramids in Egypt as a square pyramid. Ice cream cones seemed to be a favorite for cone shapes. I could have guessed that a pokeball would be Evan's favorite sphere! Great work!

    Yours truly,
    Mrs. Coblenz

  12. Dear Mrs. Ranney,

I loved the post of the shapes. Also I loved doing the paragraph. My favorite shape is the sphere because I like it when Andrew Bynum dunks it in the hoop. What is your favorite shape and why? Also my second favorite shape is the cone. I like it because you can have a delightful flavor of ice cream on top, and you can also eat the cone with the ice cream!!! Do you like any cones? I learn a lot about shapes day by day when we learn about it. You are a magnificent teacher.

    Best wishes,
    Andy

  15. Dear Mrs. Ranney,

My favorite 3-D shape is a fantastic sphere because it is original. It is original to me because it has 0 faces, 0 edges, and 0 vertices. It reminds me of a scoop of raspberry ice cream that I am eating on a hot day. It also reminds me of a round planet.
    Sincerely,
